Top tips for writing a letter

1. You can write to Sam about anything at all. 
2. All letters are anonymous so nobody will know who wrote it.
3. Try to think about one problem you'd like help with. If you have lots of things on your mind, you might want to talk to a counsellor instead.
4. Sam might make some changes so your letter is easy for others to read and is in a topic that others can find.
5. Sam reads every letter, but can only reply to a few each week.
