Hi there,
Breaking up with someone can be really hard and sometimes it can be something you regret doing. If you still have feelings for that person it can be confusing. Its normal to want to be back with them or to be confused if youve done the right thing or not. Talking to someone else can help you work out what to do.
If something like bullying is affecting your happiness and positive relationships then its important to talk to someone. This could be a teacher or family member. Nobody has the right to bully you and you deserve to be treated with respect.
Sometimes people may feel hurt or rejected by being dumped and it can make them feel sad or angry which can make them change how they act around you. That can be hard to deal with. After a break up it can take time for a friendship or relationship to get back to where it was. Sometimes a relationship never goes back to how it used to be before the break up. Sometimes people do end up going back out with each other but it may help to accept that theres not much you can do to make someone get back with you. It has to be their choice.
If you really want to talk to an ex but they're ignoring you, it may help to write a letter to them explaining how you feel. Its worth thinking about whether you trust them and if they might show this to other people. You could maybe talk to a friend of yours or theirs to see if they can say anything to them for you.
You can talk to a ChildLine counsellor about what to do anytime.
Take care,
Sam

You can ask me about anything you want, there's nothing too big or small. I read every single letter but I can only answer a few each week. My replies are published here on my page.
