Youve done really well to find the courage to write to me because it sounds like you've been struggling since the 13 year old touched you. I can hear you have felt depressed and havent been sleeping properly.
I want you to know that it is not okay for anyone to touch you in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable. You havent said where you were touched but it seems like you might be describing sexual abuse which is very wrong. Its important to remember that it is not your fault this has happened. Its okay to tell someone you trust about it. You can do that when you feel ready and you might find our page about talking to an adult helpful. The person you choose to tell might be a family member, a favourite teacher or any trusted adult you feel able to talk to.
I understand that it can feel really hard to talk about something like this with someone you know. You might like to try talking to a ChildLine counsellor about it first.
